Hacking I need help with Pokemon Y randomized

Hi, everyone i would like to converter Pokemon Y randomized 3ds to cia. I try to converter Pokemon Mystery Dungeon Gayes to Infinity with Gamemode9 and it's work but when i use GodMode9 to convert Pokemon Y randomized it doesn't work...help me please
