Gaming i need help with pokemon platuim

hey guys! i dunno how to use the saved files and i tried putting them in the r4 and the game just disappears. pease help me thankyou

first
the save file must be the same as your game

pokemon.nds = pokemon.sav (ok)
pp.nds = pp.sav (ok)
pokemon.nds = poke.sav (fails)

second,
it must place with where the game is stored

third,
if the .sav is other format such as from no$gba ! you can always convert it at http://shunyweb.info/

fourth,
tried everything above? still can't detect? maybe the .sav is corrupted
