Hacking I need help looking for official R4 kernel

I always used the Softwares/Firmware/Kernel on their official site, and after my original one got wiped out,
I went back to official site only to find it to be down.

Is anyone else experiencing this? I am so confused since all the other wood/cloned ones just get my DS stuck on loading screen.

TL;DR:
Official R4 site is down for me. Is this case for everyone?
