ROM Hack I need help at translating PW: Spirit of Justice

Hello! I want to translate PW: SoJ into Spanish, but I need some help, cause IDK how to

-Read and modify Gmd with a proper program.
-Extract and read/edit .tex and .arc files

If someone can help me to do start this translation, I'll be very grateful!
