ROM Hack I Need a help with patching rom...

Perhaps it should be in Other system/consoles, since it is a gameboy (mono) rom but this is my last chance.
I really need to get infinitive live in Robocop (gameboy non color version).
I looked for patch everywhere - nothing.
I try to input some codes in emulators (Visyual Gameboy), but I can't find a way to cheat that energy bar.
Guys, help. I'm desperated
