Hacking I lost my SD Card data

I backed up my data from the 3ds SD Card to the PC and now i dont have them because i formatted the card for other purposes and i needed to install windows 7 on the PC. how do i at least get the apps back? (FBI,Luma3ds Updater)

You did copy everything from your 3DS system's SD card to a computer, right?

Why can't you copy and paste your backed up data to another SD card?

Well i downgraded from 10 to 7 so i lost all the files

I copied some of the files that i wanted to keep on another sd card. Lemme check that

Try scanning your computer hard drive with a data recovery program. Go with EaseUS for first pick.

To get your apps back you'll need boot.3dsx from here on your SD root: https://github.com/fincs/new-hbmenu/releases/
Then just follow the finalizing setup part of the guide again: https://3ds.hacks.guide/finalizing-setup
You may be able to recover some or even most of your save data with a data recovery program but it will take a very long time to run and some of the files will probably have been overwritten and can't be recovered. If it's not important to you, it may not be worth the effort.
