Can someone help me with these questions?

1. Is there any way to hack games that you can buy from Nintendo Online service? How to put Zelda rom on my memory card without going online?

2. Are any Nintendo 64 emulators for Wii?

3. What's the best and inexpensive modchip for d2c?

That's all for now. Thank you.

1)No
2)Only the one from gamecube , not sure on compatibility of it.
3)You don't really have much choice on the mod front , there are only three chips and all are pretty much the same price.

D2CKEY , 32 wires proven , no easy update function.
Argon , 17 wires , updatable via programmer. Very buggy start , a lot of problems fixed with latest firmware , but still has a few issues with GC games.
D2PRO , 19 wires , updatable via programmer. Made by the same team behind D2CKey , does'nt seem to have any problems , but there are hardly any out there (only just released).

They can be on small or regular sized, it does not matter.

And yes, the play Gamecube games on the Wii you will need to have the gamecube controller, and to save your game, you'll need a gamecube memory card.

I have more questions:
1 How to put homebrew on my Wii. I heard about Zelda Twilight Princess error but I don't know how to do it.

2 How to upload saves for my games onto my Wii? But it on SD (wchich is emty now)?

3. is there any cheat system for wii? I mean some plugin with database to all games (like r4ds and PSP)?

4 Is there any way to hack Wii store games and put it on my Wii? If I have modded Wii should I avoid going online with it?

That's it for now. Thank You.

Well, I'm not sure...
USB Gecko is the only solution?
Is it using database of games with implemented hacks or you must do it for each one separate?

I rather enjoy a life of taking it easy. I haven't reached that life yet though.
