I just bought a Gameboy!

I was ebaying for a copy of Pokemon Red and I found this
I bought it right away of course. Check out some of the other copies of Red. Standalone, same price.

Anyway, I posted this because of the Gameboy's condition. It's missing the frame on the screen. Could I easily make one or will I have to send it in to Ninty?

sells them cheap. love the old gameboys if you check out 8bitcollective they have tons of mods and music. 8bit!

Dude, there is no way Ninty would fix that, they stopped making those years ago.
BTW: I have 2 original Gameboys and neither of them are at all broken

I went to the swatmeat a long ass time ago and I bought a gameboy pocket. Perfect condition. No scratches nothing brand new. I was amazed. The lady said it belonged to her daughter and that she didnt use it much.

Having the Big Gray Brick is awesome and all, but the fact of the matter is, the Game Boy Pocket is just a far superior model. You would be wise grabbing one of those.

what is the big deal with the GBP? I have found the backlit version of the GBA SP to be the best console for playing GBO games.

well, i have 3 original game boys

one is the clear/see through casing (which was mine since i was young)
and two grey game boys... one missing a battery cover and sticky sound, and the other seems in pretty good condition too... incidentally, i GOT them from a friend for about $5... and a copy of pkmn gold too...

I had a Gameboy Colour. But I gave it to my cousins in Greece when I got my GBA. Worst move I ever did.
