Switch kernel and some drama involving PokeAcer who appearantly stole exploits and sold them to Nintendo.

The Switch is protected from downgrading via the usage of eFuses.
The drama is being handeled internally so don't bother with it.

Probably not.
You might see his account being banished from Temp but that's about it.
Things that get discussed by the staff internally never reaches out to the general members.
Highly doubt it makes a difference anyway as I still have contact with PokeAcer.

Nah, you didn't miss anything. Other than another brainless guy which gave PokeAcer his exploit and PokeAcer did his thing.
If you want my opinion on this: I couldn't careless. Seriously.
But that's about it.

Dismissing that Switch Kernel got dumped and everyone went ape shit for no reason, after couple of weeks TrustZone was dumped? or something.
