Serious answer even though it's the EoF:

No, but it's interesting that you asked, because the CPU that the SNES uses actually does have a backwards compatibility/6502 emulation mode of sorts, but due to other hardware differences/quirks that they didn't carry over from the NES, they didn't bother.

it's funny i remember reading the snes manual and it had instructions how to setup a snes with the nes already setupped on a tv, IIRC there was inscrutions to have both connected without needing unplug one or the other
