I have decided that, for the duration of my "Thanksgiving Break" from classes, (Wednesday-Sunday), I will refrain from using electricity (outside of what is mandated for work, and therein life), as well as gasoline. Plumbing will still be used.
So no computer, TV, hot water, ovens, microwave, DS, refrigerated goods (breaking the rules on this one - my milk expires Friday and I don't want to waste it...), and such. I will keep my phone with me in case of emergency, but it will be left off, unless of course, an emergency arises.
I figure "Let's see how this goes!"
Note: I'm not trying to prove a point, or even cut down on my consumed resources, so don't spam with "Oh, yeah, but everything you're using is a product of electricity! HURRRR!". Just thought it'd be neat.
Thoughts?
