Hacking I have a DSTT. Now what?

So I just purchased a DSTT for use on my O3DS, but I'm kinda at a loss for how to set it up. I tried looking at the FAQ, but it's outdated and hasn't been fixed/updated since the migration from vBulletin. Hoping someone can steer me in the right direction so I get to playing DS games on my 3DS.

Do you have the orignal DSTT or DSTTi? If you have the orignal, unfortunately, it only works on ds and ds lite. For DSTTi, you need a hacked 3ds with patched twl_firm to use it.
