I have 3 copies of windows 10?

for some strange reason my dual boot menu shows that I have 3 copies of windows 10 even though it has 100% only been installed once. Is there anything I can do about this? It isn't a real problem just triggers my OCD. Here is a picture of the dual boot menu

I had a similar glitched entry when I fucked up some EFI setting with Linux.
I had 2 options of each thing, but they all worked as expected to their respective OS.
Eventually a Windows update happened and the glitch was no more.

Try EasyBCD Free. It's a free tool to edit your boot-up entries. Delete the 2 that aren't "real".
