Gaming i half installed a switch game. Now there is just an annoying loading icon where the game should be

I accidently turn the switch off

Now where the game icon should be, there is just an annoying loading icon.

I can't remove it with the settings or access it with the + or - .

Can it be removed ?

I was messing around with it and removed the sd card

Not via the corrupted icon.
Via system settings

• Select System Settings from your Switch's Home screen.
• Select Data Management. ...
• Select Manage Software.
