When I was going through my items deleting some of the ones I didnt want in there on my Soul Silver, I accidently deleted my Macho Brace ><

I need it to EV train my pokemon.....Is there anyway to get another one in the game?

If not, can one of you possibly help me?

The one you deleted was from the traded Machop? Unfortunately, I don't believe there is another way to get these in Hg/Ss. If you have D/P or Pt, your best bet would be to trade one over from one of those games.
