Homebrew I deleted homebrew and i am trying to reinstall it

Guys I need help. I deleted homebrew channel and usb loader gx from wii data management. I took out the SD card and deleted the files. Dont ask why. Now i cant reinstall homebrew from letter bomb or from games because i dont have them. Please help i dont wanna format my wii. I have lots of miis and 2 wii motes. I want my wii healthy with no virus.

I have:

Micro SD card adapter
4GB micro sd card
4.3E wii
Computer



P.S. I am a beginner so please dont answer me with advance coding or programing stuff.
