I connected to wifi to update deepsea on emunand, and it updated one of my NSP's while i entered the dns in. Am i fucked now in terms of online ban?
The game was located on my sd card
Afterwards i deleted it and the safe data - just to do everything i could

if it was a pirated nsp, then most probably you'll be banned soon

There's a possibility. No one knows for sure. All we know is; pirated content leads to a ban and modding/cheating online games = a ban.

If its a pirated game, then you'll probably get a ban sooner or later. Or you may just get very very lucky and fly under the radar. Again no one knows for sure

There is always a risk of getting banned when going online with a hacked console but nobody on this forum can answer this question for you because none of us control who gets banned; only Nintendo does. If you want a real answer, try asking them.
