I can't reboot into hekate but I can reboot into switch firmware

Hi, I have a little problem.
so when I try to enter the hekate switch it doesn't enter it. TegraRcmGui sees that it is there, is there any option to fix it?

Grab another sd card and try a clean install.
And make sure that the payload you send with tegrarcmui matches the version on the SD card.
