Gaming i can't read it

i have a 4GB Memory STick MG Mark2 , when i put it on the psp it can't be readen , when i put it on the computer it freeze it, i can't read it even with a memory card reader, how plz to fix this problem ???

i bought it with the psp, and when i bought a new one it worked ( the new one ) , and if it's dead like you say, is there a way to fix it ?????
