Hacking I can't load into haxchi

I get this error after the wii u logo appears and i don't know what to do

sometime, windows can't format correctly from the first time.
users have to use the Panasonic SD card formater (5.x) first, then reformat to FAT32 with windows if it's bigger than 32GB as the tool automatically do it to exFAT.
