ROM Hack I can't inject save from VBA to GBC VC

I did a backup of Pokemon Crystal's save (I have 2 rmthing.dat, and sav.dat)
I can read sav.dat in VBA (even if I have a warning with something related to RTC) but if I want inject my save VBA -> VC, I got "SaveData corrupted"

How to inject saves from VBA to VC?
It's a VC injected, btw.
Same rom is used

if im correct your file needs to be the exact same size as the VC one

You need to either add or remove 16 bytes in a hex editor so make it match in size

33kb for sav.dat (VC) and 33kb for VBA

Actually you are right, size is not exactly the same

jsut add/remove extra bytes on the vba one until they match

Use File>Export Battery

Did you manage to do this? Where do you need to inject the battery file exactly?
