ROM Hack Question I cant get save editing to work

I injected an edited botw save on 5.0.2 and it isnt working. When I dumped it there was like 10 saves or something like that I edited the one in the folder 0. none of the changes I edited are affected. Can someone help me? It says it injected fine in the nut save editor but ingame nothing is different. Thanks in advance.

ah gotcha so I should use 1 instead and edit that and inject that one instead?

I thought the same thing at first. Check the icon in the folder of the file you modified, and compare it against your save files. Open the save file that it matches up with. It's not necessarily the same position in the list as the number of the folder. (5) was my first autosave.

I could be totally wrong, that's just my experience. It might be reverse order, I'm not sure.

Don't use folder 0

didnt work I tried using folder 1 and it was my last autosave at the bottom of the list. I injected it and just nothing.

That’s why you check the icon in your folders for your last manual save, edit that one and only place that folder in the inject folder

Did u have the edited save inside the folder in the inject folder? That's the mistake I was making.

Gotta inject the whole folder
