I want this for other reasons, like actual Homebrew. Save Backing up, maybe some Linux port. The Wii U is more powerful then the Wii, so Linux would be amazing on it, especially with the touch screen and all.
How do you mean controller support? Because we can use gc controllers through the adapter?
I guess you mean Wii U gamepad input support in vwii mode, like a classic/pro controller, in which case, I am too.
Yeah, GC adapter only works for Smash, wondering if its possible to use it in other games
That would also be nice, then I don't have to pay for € 50,- controllers again, if I decide I need them.
Bummer for devs who will have to jump through hoops for advanced sd card/usb support.
I'm sure someone will port it to Hykems exploit or update it or whatever. So just give it some time after Hykems exploit releases and you'll probably be able to use it.

I don't know, I figured it would be a decent idea, considering there is that Art Academy game. By extension, that made me think of drawing on like a Wii U linux port, or if there was a connection to PC. Surprised it wouldn't have come up when you brought that.
