Hello!

Without going into detail how cumbersome it is to setup Windows for this one app, does anyone have any info for loading the firmware with Linux?

Can you use the Toolbox on your chip or do you have an to old version?

EDIT: It seem to work with Wine :)
Code:
002c:err:wineboot:process_run_key Error running cmd L"C:\\windows\\system32\\winemenubuilder.exe -a -r" (126).

Spacecraft-NX DFU not found!

EDIT2: If you have to do this job, and I really mean IF YOU HAVE TO DO IT. Medicat USB. Boot one of the Win versions included and flash it via that. Virtual is never really something I recommended with this kind of hardware. (Yes, I don't really recommend Wine here)

Thank you for your suggestions. I thought about virtualbox, and actually tried with Win7 which i have installed, but i couldn't get it to find the device because driver problems. I found out it was supposed to work straight away with Win10, so i dualbooted it. But still problems. Linux finds the chip, so no problem about that.

But i asked my coder friend how easy it is to just run the makefile from the project you find in git, and he said it should compile without any changes. (I'm total noob in computer coding, more into microchips). So i'll try that first.

Edit: The chip has old 0.3 china version.

Honestly, I would just do the Medicat method. Then it's in Windows. At works you need to get the APX and libusbK driver from https://zadig.akeo.ie/

EDIT: Wait.... I don't actually know if it need the APX driver... that's for RCM!
