Is it possible to use the loader without jigging the device?

Kind of hard to understand what you mean, but if you mean "without entering RCM first" then NO, not possible. After all, it's called RCM loader for a reason.

Well, you first need to launch a payload like hekate or sxos in RCM to enable AutoRCM in first place.

If you don't want to buy or make a rail jig, the best you can do is use some tin foil or a paperclip

don't forget that it comes with its own jig, and I highly recommend buying one. Cheap and very useful.
