Misc how to use eshop on a band 3ds

so i was ban on my 3ds because of pokemon sun i was wondering if theres a way for me to use eshop im on and o3ds xl with a9hl luma install

It depends on the ban. If your system was banned, just use one of these methods

If your NNID was banned, you need a new NNID

1: check if the ban does actually affect the eshop (not all do)
2: if you have one, try logging out of your nnid (by installing a blank nnidsave.bin with D9, or using tinyformat) -- again, not all bans generally speaking are on the console, some are on the nnid
3: follow the unbanning procedure, by replacing your localfriendcodeseed and secureinfo with another console's

well i dont have other 3ds thats unban i only have my old 3ds xl that ban it wont let me play online also for some reason i cant get decrypt 9 to work it wont launch when i click it it looks like its launching but it just goes back to homebrew

when i launch decrypt 9 it just shows a red screen and then exits to homebrew anyone know why decrypt 9 wont work for me?

i try going online in a game and it still says im ban but i was able to update a game i just want to use eshop to buy a dis game to use the exploit to downgrade my n3ds

well update i cant make or link a nnid because it says my online has been restricted so i dont think im unban i still can play online but i can get in eshop but thats it...so i feel like this Method 3 didnt work
