Hacking Gaming Homebrew Streetpass plaza update 3ds splash screen fix

I updated my Streetpass plaza using the eShop recently. I tried opening the game and it leads to an infinite 3DS splash screen. I've tried to use different update files. Does anyone have the seed for the update file.
