Hacking How to use a GAMEFaqs' savegame?

I would like to use the first one downloadable HERE because I am a very lazy person. I tryed to look around for some informations, but I couldn't find anything useful on how to install that .bin file on my Wii.

This isn't related to Wii Hacking. Because if it is, there'd be loads of noobs crying over here on handling such a simple file.

I'm kind of sleepy right here and don't have my SD Card lying around, sooooo aye, let's wait for other people.

My guess is that you install it the same way you do the Twilight Hack. As in, put it in SD:/private/wii/title//data.bin

If that's wrong, correct me plz.

Is the game ID the 4 first letter of something such as RF7J08?

I think so. Try it and if it doesn't work, try all six letters of the ID.

you could start a new save with the game, then copy it to the sd card and replace it with the one you downloaded (rename it exactly the same as the old save)

use the first 4 letters/numbers in the game ID.
create a folder in x:/private/wii/title/(4 letter game ID)/data.bin just as fenrirwolf said.

data.bin is of course your file.

easy...

if you look in every other save folder on your SD card you will clearly see this is how they are all layed out. unless the folder contains a channel. that will show up as 'content.bin'

the savegames only work on 3.3 or older if im not mistaken.
