I've downloaded UNEO_FORWARDER_5_1_AHBPROT.wad and I'm almost positive that's what I need to update? I'm trying to install/replace it over my previous forwarder (I think I downloaded an older forwarder when I first modded my Wii a couple months ago, I keep getting an AHB access error when trying to boot GameCube games through USBGX)

Can anybody provide some assistance to go about installing, replacing, or updating the channel forwarder?

Yes, I'm sorry, I should have clarified. I just downloaded that forwarder not long ago. I actually just replaced it over the older forwarder, and everything works perfectly now. No AHB access error, and GameCube games now boot directly from USBGX. Although, a couple games do hang at a black screen, and I'm forced to boot through Nintendont. But that's not a huge problem to me. At least I have most of it figured out. Thank you!

That could be an issue with the screen scaling. Try editing gxglobal.cfg and change "NINVideoScale" to 0 instead of the default 40. You cannot change it to 0 in the settings on r1263 or lower.

1262 and 1263 are the same.
1264 is not released yet (soon, I hope) and will have that option.

if you change that option manually, the loader could replace it automatically if you go into the settings, or even crash (there's no anti crash protection for bad setting values)
