I put HackMii on the SD card, installed using Priiloader, than ran it, and installed HBC

Letterbomb itself doesn't install anything so there's no reason why it wouldn't work a second time around (and I've personally used it dozens of times on the same wii).
- If you get the MAC address wrong or the wii's date isn't set properly, you won't see the letter.
- If you get the region wrong or you're not on 4.3, it freezes after clicking on the letter.
