Hacking how to translate sakura skins?

How can i translate sakura skins to english?

I want to use some of the skins that come with sakura(defaultc, defaultt and Vista_Rus_1[1].34.skn but the controls screen on the top isnt in english

Someone correct me if im wrong, but i think those are actual pictures. So you have to edit the wallpaper itself.

None of the files there open .skn files

That is because there is nothing that we have that can open .skn files.

There are no tools available to edit a .skn file. The only way you can do it is if you have the original source images used to compile the skin.
