ROM Hack How to transfer the save file from a retail cart?(Pokemon B/W)

Is there an app that can take the save file from the cart? Currently, all of Rudolph's backup applications do not work.

It has an option to send the save back, I'm just not willing to risk it. I'd like some confirmation first.

It works fine. At least on the Cyclo it does. I used the 3 in 1 pak to store the save file.

I bought the retail copy after playing the EUR ROM for a bit, and wanted that data on my retail card. I just used the program with my 3in1 with no problems whatsoever. (I hope I don't encounter any.)

Transferd my HG save, not so sure about putting it back, might edit, me some money and items, heck I'll try on Black since I can still return the game in case if I mess up of something

I transferred my White save, edited a couple things, like removing the couple of EV's/exp from Zekrom I got in a stupid forced battle, then transferred it back. All is well. Works great.

I used it to modify and transfer my Japanese version Pokemon to the English version, so that I can blaze through the game... in a sorta legit way, lol.
