Hacking How to transfer PKG file to Vita using OpenCMA?

Which folder should I put the pkg file in?
Before anyone say qCMA, my 3.18 Vita refuse to connect to it no matter how hard I try so that is out of question.
I just want to install PSM for Rejuvenate but I have no game need update so I can't use EML way to install either.

Did u change CMA protocol on qCMA? Go on Settings>Other, and change CMA protocol selection for manual, CMA protocol version for FW 3.10.

Yeah, I try all of that.
But when it successfully connect, it ask me to update the system so I gave up. Proxy doesn't help either so without OpenCMA trick, there isn't any way around it.
But OpenCMA doesn't work with qCMA so...

Try to rebuild database. I also had trouble, but then I managed it to work after that kind of care. I'm also in 3.18, and had some update nag before sucess.

I already try everything, qCMA just doesn't work.
