Homebrew How to transfer data from one CFW'd 3DS to another?

I'm getting a new 3ds, and I plan to install CFW on it. However, I have a CFW'd 2DS XL that I would like to transfer data from.

I'm wondering if it's possible to transfer data from one CFW'd 3ds to another one, and how I could do it.

I mean. thats technically exactly what a system transfer is for and what it does.

System transfer won't work for CIAs unfortunately and afaik there is no other simple transfer solution. I'd just reinstall everything on your new device and use a save manager after.
