Hacking How to take custom textures on a Pal Brawl

I'm searching this on the web all the day. I want to know how i get custom characters in Super Smash Brothers Brawl Pal, i only read the people talking about the NTSC-U .

One tutorial will be awesome!

What region are you on?

AFAIK, Brawl's .pcs and .brres files are compatible for all regions, so you should be able to just open up your ISO with Wiiscrubber and stick them in. Or, if you prefer the SD card / Gecko method, there is a PAL version of Pharrox's File Replacement code.
EDIT: It might have been PhantomWings who made the code... well anyway.
