Hacking How to setup multiple emunands with GM9?

My friends wants to setup 4 emunands, each one with a different region (don't know the reason but ok). I know how to setup an emunand with gm9 but how can i set up multiple ones?

If there is a newer/better way I haven't heard of it.

That's what I use. Though there are some bugs in the official release. I was working with the author to get them resolved, but I haven't heard from them (I saw something on the news about some sort of political uproar in their home country on the news just before they went silent, so I hope they're alright). I posted a working solution based on what we got resolved before he disappeared on the thread.
