Hacking How to save a game

I got an acekard2i quite a while back but I still cant figure out how to save a game after downloading it and putting it on my acekard2i.

what I ment is that how do you create a .sav file. And I already have a Gameboy Colour

Sav files get created when AKAIO starts the game for the first time.

1.8.5 is the AKAIO version and I have an Acekard 2i. I use a EUR DSi. It doesnt work with any roms
