Hacking how to region convert saves

>.< hi i am having trouble trying to convert saves in save game manager gx and i extract the save then i go to the save and install it and all it does is install it back on to the wii but does not give me an option to where to put it so yeah would like some help.

The game is Xenoblade Japanese to Xenoblade Chronicals Pal

i did a search on the forums first all i found was stuff about converting the system or a game nothing for saves and google was no help. so dont think your smart i read that thread wasent any help

there is no generic way to region convert a save. you cant just magically put the save in a different folder on your nand and expect it to work. it will have to be done on a game-by-game basis.

for example, the save for Tales of symphonia is a different size and the checksums are different for all 3 regions of that game.

yes but this particular game is easy to do. I used dolphin to convert the save over using the data.bin.
