I tried quitting several times. Unfortunately, no success. The only thing I changed is that I started using a cigarette holder I found here in the hope it would at least partially reduce the inhalation of nicotine and tar. Maybe switching to electronic cigs might also be a good option for me. I know some people found it easier to give up this way.
