Homebrew How to play PC mods of GC on Nintendont

I want to play a mod of Sonic Adventure 2 Battle with Nintendont, but the mod is for the PC version of the game, is there a way to convert the mod as a .iso file ?

Just because they have the same name (and maybe even play the same) they're not the same game - and by that I mean there's no guarantee the file formats are even remotely the compatible... you (and/or preferably someone fairly familiar with the game's proprietary formats) would need to look into it as an individual title, and it likely won't be fun...

When I meant to convert it as a .iso file, I thought about the kind of file as 20XX for Melee, which only needed the game to play it.
