Homebrew how to play backup 3ds roms

so i got the homebrew launcher 1.1.1 on my 2ds and i was wondering now how do i play 3ds iso on it (pretending thats i dont have cartridge game excepte a wifi r4i rts 3ds)? is there a link here explaning how? not sure if i understand i got homebrew luncher on my wii u so is there a equivalent of wup Y installer and moka cfw for the 3ds? or a loadiine? do i need a game like sticker star to go even if my homebrew luncher is installed?

First look at how to setup arm9loaderhax and install a CFW then you will be able to install your backups in CIA format using FBI installer(or others of such) to your home menu on your 3DS.

No need for CIAs, just use FreeShop to download and install games directly on your 3DS

of curse i had to get a probleme... i think i follow the step ok but after i did
"Section II - Installing arm9loaderhax

1. Reinsert your SD card into your device
2. You should be already on 2.1.0 and powered on
3. Go to URL http://2xrsa.3ds.guide in the browser of your device"

i got this (did it 2 time with same result)

(not sure if you can see the picture but is the browser but whit nothing in it like the page dint load (sorta white screen with line on top and square on bottom white and grey) but it did after they where a square thats say arm9 something, i can see the top whit the date and time and the menu at the bottom and is frozen i cant click enithing)
so what should i do? restart the wholle process?

Make sure you followed this (Section I Step 7):

Copy the contents of the SafeA9LHInstaller .7z to the root of your SD card

Just make sure you have all the required files. If you post a picture of the contents of your SD card and the a9lh folder we will tell you what you are missing.

my New 2DSXL came with Mario kart 7 preinstalled. onto a micro sd card. so if theres a way to get the games in that format and put int into a bigger Micro sd card. then perhaps that could work without modding?
