ROM Hack How to open some NDS files extensions?

Hello there, i'm trying to translate Pokemon Card Game Asobikata DS to english. i'm wondering if there's any tool to open these files extensions:

SDT
SAF
BG
ASC
5BG
NAF

Currently i'm translating only some text because i don't have other tools to open these files extensions...
I need also translate the images, but again, i don't have a tool to open the files...

Currently, the only tools i have it's:
DSLazy (Unpacker and Packer for testing the translation)
NFTRedit 1.9 (NFTR editor, basically, font editor)
HxD (you know...)
Hex Editor Neo (i readed this hex is special for japanese games, could be?)
