    I would really like to edit the CSS of Smash 3DS, but the CSS Icons are .tex files. I have no idea how to open them and edit them. Any help would be amazing. Thank you.

    I have asked @shinyquagsire23 (the maker of SaltySD) how to edit the CSS like he did here but he hasn't responded... :(

    Sorry for the double post but all I know is that the .tex files in smash are archives that contain multiple images (i think) Because when opening them in an app linked in a certain video, it shows alot of encrypted data.
