ROM Hack How to make ips patches with action replay codes??

my friends don't know how to put cheats in their ds.

so i want to make ips patch for them....

but the problem is how to put action replay cheats to rom(or ips)

please help me!!

what do you mean. cheat files have nothing to do with patches.

well because SOMEBODY in this forum will hate me if I use korean here so problem solved by PM.
(I'm still amazed how my warning is at 0%. I'm sure I argued with 4 mods before, and flamed a whole lot in the R4 thread, and used non-english language in the forums)

Also there was a program except DSATM which you could send cheats to a retail cartridge, pretty useful.
