Hacking How to make a ticket and installable file from a disc?

I'm curious how to make a ticket file and an install package from a disc or from a WUD. There are games that aren't on Nintendo's servers that I have the disc to but want to install(like Mass Effect 3 and Call of Duty). How can I do that since on that ISO site, they've done it with certain games.

there's currently no way to dump a wud file yourself, if it hasn't been released by the scene then you can't do it. You can dump the ticket but beyond that nothing yet.

If I can find a WUD, how can I do it?
