No it says I need to link my account to access the eshop

I've booted into original firmware via SXOS
Can you access anything that requires online access like news, eshop, online play, etc. I'm trying to help you out to see if the ONLINE access is giving you the errors as a whole. If yes, then your switch maybe banned for online access; that includes linking your account.
It won't boot normally unless I use the SX OS payload
I can access everything except linking my account or the shop

I personally handled a call from the second highest person at Raytheon. That call bothered me a lot... The guy was nice and smart what bothered me was the way management basically just blew him off instead of going the extra mile to help him.
