Hello. No an expert, but any kind of "Official" Internet related Service on the Wii console is completely dead.

Also, you need Hermes cIOS in order to load channels from SD... or at least that's how it was in 2011... not sure nowadays.

Not sure what you're asking.. What do you mean by "How to launch Wii"?
The "Internet Channel" doesn't work for you? If you're Wii is connected to WiFi, you could use Google and that's it, other websites will not work.

That error means your Wii is full and you need to clear out some space for it to run. You can move installed wad channels from your nand to the sd card in data management.
Though the "Wii + Internet Channel" will not function as you'd expect it & like it shows in the video, Nintendo shutdown those services long ago..
