Well for one, rxTools is dead and horribly outdated. Luma at least has updates from time to time. To see what it can do better, go here.ok...
So what it can do better than rxtool?
Rxtools is a bit outdated, but still works for now. It may stop working in the future, due to how emunands work and will no long be able to boot into emunand. Luma has a much more active community and any bugs found are almost instantly patched. Don't worry about people being assholes, that is always going to happenok...

You can set up most CFW's the same way you set up RXTools and there's no risk involved nor any risk of loosing your information.Ok I think it time to get new cfw
So how to do it?Is it hard or risky?
noob question, where menuhax?Actually I not the one who install rxtool,my friend did it so I not really sure how it workJust drag and drop all the files in the newest release into the root of your sd card, and chose the new cfw in menuhax. It is 100% safe
I suggest checking out this threadnoob question, where menuhax?Actually I not the one who install rxtool,my friend did it so I not really sure how it work
Also will all my game and save lost or not?

And CFW's do not effect your NANDs nor your saves. They are just tool used to accessed the NANDs and run the games. So your games, setting, saves, ect. will be fine.
It's luma, right?you will not lose any of your saves. Just drag and drop all the files from THIS into the root of your sd card and when it askes you to replace boot.3dsx, say yes. You will now have a menu, and select the cfw you want to boot (may be a bit down)
YesOk thanks for let me know

I'll read guide again.Maybe it not simple like I think.I should test on my old sd card first thenI'm guessing you are using menuhax or a bootmanager, well I guess you are gonna need to change a setting
no it is simple, you just gotta change the setting to boot luma instead of rxtools, are you using a bootmanager??? (on boot you get to pick what you want to boot)I'll read guide again.Maybe it not simple like I think.I should test on my old sd card first then
