How To Install Homebrew On Xbox One Dev Mode (video)
i just made this video because people always ask for tutorials from me so i hope this helps
on my crappy laptop, i used obs to record the laptop and the xbox one app for windows to connect to my xbox then pressed the shortcut key to record with obs
i want to thank all the people who watched this and my other videos i really appreciate it

question: can you do this on all xbox one updates and hardware? can steam run on this? streamed or on the hardware itself? lol if you are reading this you are a champ for reading this tiny text, if I can actually run steam on an xbox one stream or no stream, I will explode!!!
not all updates only from like 2016 on or something, also yes kinda you would need to buy a program called Gamiflux it should stream the games over

if you mean dev mode its not really a hack its an official thing supported by microsoft
if you mean hack like jtag or mod chip or something then no not that i know of
I don't think the web portable works anymore, I type in my xbox ip and I constantly get a time out error and can't be reach'd.
if you havent tried yet try putting https://ip instead of just the ip, i was having the same problem
Is there a way to get apps for example The Escapists or Doodle Jump onto xbox one? Or even the app AirServer for free onto dev mode? And is there a at to move emulators and such to retail without having to go to dev mode?

@TwoSpikedHands, I'll preface this with the fact that I know nothing about the game, but, I think it depends on what your goals are. Are you trying to make a definitive version of the game? You may want to refocus your efforts on the EU version then. Or, are you trying to make a better US version? In which case, the only way to make a better US version is to keep on plugging away at that one -

I'm not familiar with the technicalities of the differences between the two versions, but I'm wondering if at least some of those differences are things that you could port over to the US version in your patch without having to include copyrighted assets from the EU version

@Sicklyboy I am wanting to fully change the game and bend it to my will lol. I would like to eventually have the ability to add more characters, enemies, even have a completely different story if i wanted. I already have the ability to change the tilemaps in the US version, so I can basically make my own map and warp to it in game - so I'm pretty far into it!

I am definitely considering porting over some of the EU features without using the actual ROM itself, tbh that would probably be the best way to go about it... but i'm sad that the voice acting is so.... not good on the US version. May not be a way around that though
