Of Course,you can use this great Package from @retrogamefan :

Before you do this,it is recommended to BACKUP your microSD Card !!!

Please read careful the Instructions for your Card (R4i-SDHC)

PRIMARY Kernel :
Extract the files from the DSONEi SDHC YSMenu folder and copy to root of your µSD :

Games folder
TTMenu folder
R4.dat
TTMenu.dat

For the Picture/Background you can use this great Tool from @cimo95 please:
